This is the process of rolling and capping the Xilin bottle produced by our freeze-dried powder. After the freeze-dried Xilin bottle is completed, the aluminum-plastic cap pressing is completed by a fully automatic cap rolling machine. The equipment accurately controls the force of the cap to ensure that the bottle cap is sealed and firm, effectively blocks oxygen and moisture, and protects the activity of freeze-dried powder in the bottle from loss. The whole process is completed in the clean workshop. The appearance of the cap is neat, there is no loose cover, and the rolled edge is bad. Each batch has been randomly checked for sealing to ensure the long-term storage and stability of the product.
